Anyone know where I could find this?

This toy has lived in my memory my whole life, and ive never been able to google it to look at it, yesterday i found it sitting at a store, and STILL cant identify what it is or where its from, can someone help me find peace!?

I’ve had these toys for a long time, but I have no idea what they are. Ik they’re both supposed to be dinosaurs and that I remember getting them from Japan, but Idk what dinos exactly they are and Idk what series they’re supposed to be from. I’ve never seen anything like them.
