Howdy, I'll keep this brief and as to-the-point as I can. While unpacking some old boxes tucked away I stumbled across an old toy I got at a garage sale when I was much younger and, while reminiscing over memories playing with it, wondered what it is. To that end, and after a lot of googling, I turn to the people jere in hopes of potentially finding out the story behind this old fella. Any help is greatly appreciated. Attached should be some amateurish pictures taken for reference.
