Help me find this singing and dancing toy please

Hi, I'm hoping you can help me find a toy please. There's a photo, but it's the only one I have. I wonder of someone here might recognize it.

Here's what I know about the toy:

• It's around 3-4" in size.
• When you lightly tap on its head, it'll sing and dance.
• I purchased it sometime between 2000s – early 2010s.
• The only clue I have is that I saw Bratz-style dolls nearby in the store, so I think the toy might be from the same period.

If anyone has any leads or suggestions, I'd be very grateful. Thank you in advance!
