I know this is a long shot, but does anyone know anything about this guy? He was purchased in the late 90s/ early 2000’s, my mom doesn’t remember where. Pretty sure he’s not a pound puppy as he doesn’t have the tag on his back and can’t find any with the same marks. Thanks in advance :)
